The winemaker

The history of the estate is linked to that of the Languedoc vineyards, which are of ancient origin. There are many Latin surnames in this region, including that of our Hortala ancestors. As for our vines, they bear the names La Garrigue, Resplandys, or La Gineste, all evocative of a unique terroir, and the exposure to sun and wind that give them their personality. Our family has decided to continue a tradition of quality wine production that goes back several generations. It's not easy today, but if we take up this challenge, it's because we're proud of our wines, whose aromas and tannins express an unrivalled strength of character. Our ambition is that these wines, the fruit of a family business, should delight your table and accompany your family celebrations and those with friends.
