In a few words ...

Parcels of old vines selected on clay-limestone slopes. Equal blend of Syrah, Mourvèdre, Grenache and Carignan. Intensive green harvesting: debudding, internodes, load regulation, leaf removal. Search for perfect phenolic ripeness, adapted to each grape variety and terroir. Sorting at harvest and after de-stemming. Storage and transport in refrigerated trucks. Vinification partly in 5-hl demi-muids, hot run-off, malolactic fermentation and ageing in 100% new barrels. All pumping-over, racking and barrel filling operations are carried out manually, without pumping. Aged on lees for 18 months. Unfiltered. A powerful, concentrated wine, rich in flavor, with an exceptionally creamy texture, yet fresh and taut. Delicious in the year following bottling, if you like young, powerful wines and take care to decant. Often closes in year ii. Slowly matures and acquires its mature character while retaining its fruit.

Excellent wine, it's a shame it's a little too "inlaid" and therefore a little overpriced (quality/price ratio), but it's still excellent!
