Aud'ace blanc du mas des caprices is a full-bodied, airy, easy-drinking, soft-textured organic dry white wine that reveals a beautiful pale yellow color with green and silver highlights. It releases a fine bouquet of apple, fresh almond, fennel and spices. A fine blend of sylvaner, pinot blanc and grenache blanc. Slight acidity on the palate with a round body followed by a peppery, smoky finish.
