Located on the southern flank of the Alaric massif, Roussanne and Grenache give us a round, fresh wine. The color is limpid, slightly golden. The nose is fresh with aromas of white flowers and figs, followed by notes of brioche bread. The palate is elegant, round and balanced. A soft bitterness at the end of the mouth provides a lingering finish.
