In a few words ...
After spending 9 years working in the vineyards and making wines on the côte vermeille terroir, in bordeaux (2 years) and some experience in new zealand and argentina and now in maury, vincent began his adventure as an independent winemaker in 2014 by creating domaine odyssée. the estate comprises around 4 hectares of vines on the calces and baixas terroir on clay-limestone and silt soils featuring white grenache, macabeu and syrah grape varieties.
