In a few words ...

This Pinot Noir comes from high altitude, clay-limestone plots in the Languedoc region, grown organically in the Limoux hills, the foothills of the Haut Languedoc. The grapes are harvested in the morning to preserve their freshness.

Tasting notes

Appearance

Beautiful purple hue in a light color typical of the grape variety.

Aroma

Expressive, characteristic aromas of red and blue fruits (raspberry, grenadine, blueberry). The light woodiness is well integrated, complemented by a hint of menthol and rhubarb.

Wine Fruity | Spicy

Taste

The attack is round and velvety on the palate, well-balanced, with a good acid structure that gives Pinot Noir its finesse and elegance. Finishes with elegant, fresh, spicy tannins and a delicious sweetness.

Raspberry and cherry on the nose, with a touch of chocolate. Dry with good acidity, medium tannins, not too alcoholic or powerful. On the palate, raspberry, cherry and a touch of chocolate. Overall, well done! A very pleasant Pinot Noir, good value for money.
