The winemaker

The mill in Tan was a mill where they crushed bark oak or chestnut to obtain the "Tan" or "Tannin". This powder was intended to tanneries for processing animal hides.   The mill is gone, but the spirit of work quality and tradition remained. Our vineyard planted in Cabernet Franc, spans 30 hectares parceled out on the right bank of the Vienne, Panzoult Chinon. Our domain, hitherto transmitted from father to daughter through 3 generations already preparing the next generation.
