A true Kopins wine! A supple, gourmet wine, Hanami was born in 2012 from the desire to create an aromatic spring cuvée. Depending on the vintage, vinification adapts to the character of the grapes picked: pure carbonic maceration in rich vintages, pellicular maceration in less intense vintages, and sometimes a blend of the 2 types of maceration.
The spirit of this cuvée is lodged in its name: Hanami, a Japanese word meaning "to see the beauty of cherry blossom". It's a celebration of spring, but also of fraternity, conviviality and sharing.
