Superb bubbles from Jean-François Mérieau! This wine is made in the same way as a méthode champenoise. Made from 80% Chenin and 20% Chardonnay, the bubbles develop in the bottle over a period of 24 months, before being aged for a minimum of 12 months in the cellar. To be enjoyed chilled, it will make your day.
