In a few words ...
This lovely south-facing vineyard, with its gabbro terroir, produces a very healthy harvest. The harvested grapes are placed in vats for approximately 1 week of pellicular maceration. The pressed grapes ferment in closed underground tanks, and remain on the lees without added sulfur for 1 year. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation are complete, and the wine has a titre of around 12.5%.
For orange wines, fermentation takes place with whole grapes. This style of wine is very complex and aromatic!
