Located in the heart of the esterel massif, just a stone's throw from fréjus, the vineyard cuts its way through the pine forest, finding its character between the imprint of volcanic rock and the influence of the Mediterranean basin. With its commitment to the environment through ever more natural growing practices, Château Marquis de terme's escapade in Provence has naturally led to the creation of a certified organic rosé. The extremity of the Côtes de Provence appellation is characterized by a specific geology and climate. Its terroir, but also its historical roots, formed the basis for the recognition in 2005 of the fréjus complementary geographical denomination. Direct pressing of destemmed grapes after harvesting only in the coolest hours of the morning to preserve fruitiness and a pale color. Cold pre-fermentation stabilization for a week, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation (18-20°c).

Very aromatic, expressive and complex nose with aromas of peach, apricot, rose and hints of spice and cedar.
Taste
Lively, refreshing attack, with notes of apricot. Well-balanced, with roundness and floral length.
