Cuvée la généreuse is our greedy, fruity cuvée, easy to drink with its roundness and finesse. This wine is indeed unrestrainedly generous and delicious. The wine's garnet-red color illuminates the glass. The nose smells of the South, of crunchy red fruit and spices. On the palate, it's round and smooth, with the pepper of syrah to awaken the taste buds. Fine tannins envelop the palate. 50% Grenache, 35% Syrah, 15% Carignan. Organic viticulture, hand-picked in crates, total destemming, thermo-regulated fermentation, pressing, pre-fermentation cold maceration, eraflage, ageing in oak barrels for one wine, ageing in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats, light filtration, traditional cork, ageing on lees, clay soils, clay-limestone soils, limestone soils, silty soils.

The appellation Côtes-du-Rhône is part of the region of Vallée du Rhône from France which include L'Odylée and its 7 cuvées. Spread over The Rhone Valley and its rich, complex terroirs. The region is divided into two distinct subregions: Northern Rhone (known as Rhône Septentrional) and Southern Rhone (Rhône Méridional). In the former we find strong wines in beautiful colours with warm, spicy notes, produced by vineyards that stretch 4,700 ha along the Rhone. The latter, with an area of 71,000 ha, is much more important, and this is evident of course in its annual production of red, rosé and white wines quite unlike those of the Northern Rhone., this region is 3 million hectolitres per year of red wines, rosés, dry and sparkling white wines, and natural sweet wine..
