The winemaker

Lucia moved in 2006, not far from his parents, winemakers who then bring their grapes to the cellar of Tain l'Hermitage. In 2007, its 4 hectares spend entirely organic. Until 2009, the grapes go to the cooperative in 2010 and it is the first vintage was finally released. In 2013, his sister Nancy joins to continue the adventure! In 2015, their parents retire and Domaine expands additional 6ha to 10ha expect today 9ha 1ha in red and white, all in Crozes-Hermitage and organic. The estate then changed its name to the "Domaine Les 4 Vents". "In constant search of respect for the environment, our interventions in the vineyard and in the cellar, simply to accompany the grape and wine, to its most authentic expression ..." For these reasons, the harvest is entirely manual, the wine is made in indigenous yeasts, without adding sugar or without acidification and S02.
