In a few words ...
The grapes are harvested early in the morning to preserve their freshness and quality. After crushing, destemming and light pressing, the juice is kept for 48 hours in a cool place (<10°C) for settling. After racking, the juice is vinified at temperatures of 12°C in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation can last up to two months, to give the wine both fruitiness and elegance. After blending, the wines are bottled in early spring to preserve their freshness.

Magnificent pale blush-pink color with bluish highlights.

Expressive nose of red berries, enhanced by sweet milky notes (yoghurt with red berries).

Taste
Beautiful balance between sweetness and freshness, resulting in a very tasty whole. Pleasant fruit dominates: redcurrant and Burlat cherry. Slightly spicy (ginger) and very smooth finish.

Ventoux
The appellation Ventoux is part of the region of Vallée du Rhône from France which include Domaine des Anges and its 12 cuvées. Spread over The Rhone Valley and its rich, complex terroirs. The region is divided into two distinct subregions: Northern Rhone (known as Rhône Septentrional) and Southern Rhone (Rhône Méridional). In the former we find strong wines in beautiful colours with warm, spicy notes, produced by vineyards that stretch 4,700 ha along the Rhone. The latter, with an area of 71,000 ha, is much more important, and this is evident of course in its annual production of red, rosé and white wines quite unlike those of the Northern Rhone., this region is 3 million hectolitres per year of red wines, rosés, dry and sparkling white wines, and natural sweet wine..
