The winemaker
The family property is situated on the slopes of Pomport and Gageac-et-Rouillac, it consists of 32 hectares of vineyards, 20 hectares of white varieties and 12 hectares of red varieties. We are farmer-growers Organic, adhering to mention Nature and Progress and certified by Ecocert since 1989. The harvest is manual with 12 cutters on all the appellations. Biodiversity reveals its native flora and enriched our land. No yeast on our wines, no chaptalisation or oenological devices, doses of very moderate sulphites. Each vintage is a reflection of the year. Each vintage has its history.
