In a few words ...

Domaine le jonc blanc - racines 2017 Located on a clay-limestone terroir overlooking the right bank of the Dordogne river, this estate has established itself as one of the driving forces behind Bergerac's revival. Isabelle carles and franck pascal produce lively, pure wines with intense expression and great freshness.« racine »  vin de france rouge –  2017 – no so² :« racine» is the new presentation of the old cuvée « class ik » née label, created in 2004, which has been criticized several times and cited by the press ( la revue du vin de france, gault et millau des vins, le pointn cuisine et vins de france.Naturally vinified with its own yeast and no additives, it is then aged on its fine lees in Burgundy oak barrels for 18 months and bottled without fining or filtration to preserve all its qualities and complexity. A powerful red wine, with black fruit, spices and a fine structure. Neither chaptalized, nor yeasted, nor fined, nor soaked, this wine has great ageing potential, reflecting the considerable work carried out in the vineyard, followed by careful, natural vinification; natural winemaking that leaves no room for the precocious mistakes sometimes found in sulfur-free wines.cépages :  merlot noir 50%.cabernet sauvignon 50%.
