Available in both red and white, this cuvée comes from the estate's finest terroirs, those with the healthiest water management. These are the parcels with the best exposure to the climate, with soils that drain well and are deep enough to build up a sufficiently large water reserve so that the plant does not suffer from summer drought.
Une Grande Cuvée qui n'usurpe pas son nom. Les 12 mois de fût n'ont fait qu'ajouter une subtile touche d'épices douces à un nez très pur et vibrant de petits fruits noirs et de framboise. La bouche offre toute la plénitude et l'équilibre des meilleurs vins de l'appellation : une rondeur qui ne pèse pas, une fraîcheur immaculée, des tanins fins et un fruité juteux et croquant qui se teinte de menthol et de garrigue. Une épure.

this Pic Saint-Loup is a must-have in your cellar. A generous wine, with a beautiful concentration of black fruits on the nose. Juicy on the palate, with extremely fine tannins and incredible chewiness.
