The winemaker

Konstantina family has vineyards in the village of Pyrgos Kallistis on the road to the monastery of Prophet Ilias. Since the earthquake in 1956 in Santorini, the Konstantina's parents were forced to leave the island. After extensive re-planting and cultivation of the vine, they found a cave, which was converted into a winery. Haridimos, studied Agronomy and Ol'enologie to School: Technical School of Wine and Beverages in Athens. He directed internship at J. Boutaris & Sons, where he was finally oenologist at Santorini cellar, while in charge of production at Fantaxometoho Estate in Crete. Haridimos philosophy is "to enrich and expand the varieties, to improve the quality of the vineyard of Santorini, which has many secrets to reveal"
