The name "igoranda" marked the border between the ancient duchies of Anjou and Touraine. It is the origin of the name of the commune where our vineyard is located. This cuvée is a blend of our best plots planted on gravel. It is our "heart of the range" with all the typicality of the Bourgueil appellation. 100% cabernet franc. Conventional viticulture, manual harvesting, sorting tables, total destemming, fermentation in cement vats with epoxy resin, ageing in oak barrels, traditional cork, siliceous soils (sand, gravel...).
