The winemaker

OUR OFFER For 70 years, we grow our vines in a loving, conscious and careful, respecting the environment, nature and man, with a great use of our workforce. Our wines still preserve the heritage, historical the peculiarities and character of our territory: the Veneto, one of the main parts of Italy in terms of quantitative production of grapes and production of indigenous grapes. Our wines, culture and production "100% Made in Veneto", are distinguished by their flavor and strength: Prosecco DOC (controlled origin), DOC Prosecco Extra Dry, Barricato (delicious wine premium quality!), Verduzzo IGT (typical geographical indication), Manzoni DOC Piave, rosé, white and red wine IGT farm. Our method of harvesting is our strength. For 70 years, and even today, we continue to keep alive the tradition of the method of manual harvesting. This exclusive method allows us to select only ripe grapes, allowing for maximum cleaning at harvest. Our working process was refined and given to our staff working method as "guides" that follows the entire production The Callaltella. Only then can we guarantee our tastes IGT and DOC from grapes of quality and healthy.
