The name sezzana is the name of the parcel on which the wine is grown. In giving it this name, giorgio rivetti indicates that sezzana is a wine that expresses its terroir. The Maremma region is famous for its thermal spas. Close to the vineyards are the thermal baths of Lari. That's why girogio rivetti used the plan of the lari thermal baths as the label for sezzana.
