Cuvée Equilibre is a blend of 60% Syrah, 20% Carignan and 20% Grenache Noir, aged for 9 to 12 months in one- to two-wine wooden tuns. The fruit is pure, ripe and juicy, combined with medium-bodied finesse - a fine balance! Domaine Villa Symposia has become one of Languedoc's finest addresses. The estate's wines tell the story of the region in the most beautiful way.

The Equillibre 2017 is definitely a great wine. It is indeed very balanced and has a wonderful interplay of fruit and ripe tanins. It is an excellent accompaniment to meals as well as with ripe cheese for dessert. Well made wine, bravo!
