Golden and luminous, this late-harvested Petit Manseng has a nose of fresh mango, spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg. On the palate, it's rich in liqueur, greedy and already melted, delivering a candied, almost praline-like flavor, enlivened by a long finish. A lot of pleasure, a flamboyant identity... 100% Petit Manseng. Hand-harvested by successive sorting, whole harvest, thermo-regulated fermentation, classic vinification, regular stirring of the lees, pre-fermentation cold maceration, technical corking, ageing in oak barrels, siliceous soils (sand, gravel...), pebbly soils, clay soils.
"Harvested in mid-November and aged in oak barrels, Petit Manseng has produced this superb liquoreux, an intense golden yellow with a complex, invigorating nose: white flowers, acacia honey, pineapple and citrus fruits are nuanced by a touch of eucalyptus and smoke. Enhanced by a light vanilla note, these aromas unfold on a full, harmonious palate, with a mentholated touch and noble bitters on the finish."
