It was on a beautiful autumn morning that we came up with this daring idea: to age a wine in oak barrels without adding sulfite! The method is risky - just ask our oenologist! - but the result is simply fabulous: an explosion of red berries on the palate, complemented by a smooth, finely wooded finish. Like us, are you a rebel? Then drink it now, at room temperature after a good aeration, with a honey-braised duck breast. Presented in a magnificent 1-bottle box.
