This is a mistelle-type alcoholic beverage consumed as an aperitif, typical of the Languedoc region. Grape must with added wine alcohol. YIELD: 30 HL SELECTION METHOD: Very old vines over 100 years old. VINIFICATION METHOD: Direct pressing, followed by cold settling for 24 hours, then addition of alcohol. AGEING AND PACKAGING: Aged for a minimum of 18 months before bottling, depending on marketing requirements. Serve chilled.
