La Winerie XP is La Winerie's creative studio. A creative and daring collection of wines bottled in Greater Paris - all with a creative and artisanal savoir-faire inspired by the Parisian art of living. It takes a creative approach to the value of parcels with great soil and altitude qualities. It's a genuine exploration of winemaking and blending techniques, inspired by travels and experiences in the new and old wine worlds. These partner growers advocate environmentally-friendly agriculture, mechanical tillage and manual harvesting. In the cellar, intervention is minimal, and the use of sulfur is limited, or even avoided for certain cuvées.

Appearance
Purple color with garnet highlights.
Aroma
Complex and enigmatic, spices dominate the first nose. These are followed by notes of black cherry, blueberry and blackcurrant, which join the aromas of pepper, cinnamon and cloves.

Taste
A well-balanced wine with a silky texture and tannins softened by long ageing. Finish: vibrant and elegant for its age, this full-bodied wine will also age well in the cellar.
