L'autre mangot 2016ce saint emilion est iss d'une sélection de deux parcelles: terrasser et coteaux sud à 65 mètres d'altitude sur arglo calcaire. 60% merlot and 40% carbernet franc, vinified with indigenous yeasts, without added sulfur or any other additives. Aged for 6 months in amphorae and jars to preserve the purity of the fruit. From clay (terroir) to clay (jars and amphorae). It's pure, it's clean. A crazy fruit! And total so2: nothing!
