This cuvée was created by Delphine and her father in 1995. Its grapes come from the oldest vines of Clos Cazals (very rare in Champagne). This wine is very rich, ripe and generous, but also supple. Ageing in oak barrels and on lees in a vaulted cellar at Mesnil-sur-Oger bear witness to the house's savoir-faire. This makes this champagne a truly prestigious cuvée, the likes of which you don't often get to taste.
Simply exceptional. A must-see!
