Origin This cuvée comes from our terraced vineyard at the foot of the Pyrenees, known as "Le Vignon". The vines benefit from a special terroir in the middle of the garrigue, with schisto-marble soil and south/south-east exposure. Yield 18 hl / ha Average age of vines 35 to 40 years old Elaboration Pre-selection of parcels with the highest quality potential. Green harvesting in spring to concentrate the berries. Hand-picked in 10kg crates and carbonic maceration for part of the Carignan. Vinification in demi-nuid with punching down for better extraction. Long vatting periods. Pouring into barrels and ageing in French wood.
Appearance
Deep inky color, revealing very good concentration.
Aroma
On the nose, a melody of red fruits, with hints of vanilla, evolving to roasted coffee, cocoa and wild strawberries.

Taste
The palate is rich and concentrated, with silky tannins. The fruit is unmistakably reminiscent of the nose, with hints of black and red fruits on the finish.
