In a few words ...

Geographical situation: This is a very special appellation, located solely around the village of Heiligenstein, near Obernai, south of Strasbourg. Vinification: Grapes harvested when perfectly ripe. Pneumatic pressing. Cold static settling. Temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation. Aged on fine lees for 3 months. The wine is racked, filtered and bottled.

Superb golden yellow color with golden highlights.

Aroma

A lovely nose of finesse and complexity, combining spicy aromas with very ripe fruits such as peach.

Taste

On the palate, the flattering, distinctive character of white, yellow and even exotic fruits makes this a rare and sought-after wine.
