the wine:this white wine has the typical color of chardonnayfrom bourgognewith a limpid, golden yellow color with discreet shades of green. Its bouquet initially develops fruity aromas that blend harmoniously with floral and mineral notes. With age, aromas of honey and candied quince emerge. You'll need at least 5 years to perceive aromas of hazelnut, almond, rosehip or white flowers. Powerful and long on the palate, this wine will always hold great emotion. A few years' cellaring is necessary to taste the incomparable richness of this wine.
Laying down and food pairing:it will accompany dishes such as salmon tartar, seafood ravioli or fish terrine magnificently. Its finesse pairs well with goat's cheeses, comté, beaufort and abondance.
