Produced at Château la Lagune, Moulin de la Lagune is one of those wines that reflect the savoir-faire of the Haut-Médoc terroir, reminiscent of the fertile Mindel gravel soils typical of the region. Warm and fleshy on the palate, with some woody notes, this red wine has a fairly dark color, characteristic of the vinification of the Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot grapes that make it up. It goes beautifully with red meat or full-bodied cheese.
A particularly well-made second wine with complexity and perfect balance. There's nothing left to do but enjoy...
