Outre terre is a 100% Cabernet Franc cuvée. This wine gets its distinctive character from an 8-month maceration on skins in Georgian Amphora, followed by 12 months in barrel.
"An expression of fresh harvest emerges from this cuvée, macerated for eight months on skins in amphora, then aged for a year in barrel. Superb concentration and sap close to the grape, with a sensation of chewing the skin on the finish. An exercise in style, full of relief and very accomplished".
