AOP Saumur Blanc Vinified and aged in oak barrels This cuvée is made from grapes that have been patiently matured and then spent six months in barrel, with regular stirring of the lees. This wine offers a subtle, elegant nose of pear, lemon, vanilla and smoky notes. The palate is equally accomplished, full-bodied and long, with great vivacity tempered by a few grams of residual sugar.
