Made from our best 45-year-old Cabernet Sauvignon plots, this cuvée, aged in barrels in our cellar for an entire year, will give complete satisfaction to wine-lovers looking for a wine with character. 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc. Conventional viticulture, mechanical harvesting, total destemming, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, use of selected yeasts, malolactic fermentation, barrel ageing, traditional cork, clay-limestone soils, clay-gravel soils.
