The combination of two Italian grape varieties, glera & pinot noir, has given birth to prosecco rosé. This elegant wine has a light pink and peach color, heralding a fruity bouquet with obvious notes of grapefruit and red fruit. On the palate, this prosecco rosé offers enveloping aromas of honey and bread crust. The first fermentation takes place over a few days in contact with the grape skins to obtain this delicate pink color. For the second fermentation, this prosecco follows the charmat method, aging on lees for 60 days to enhance secondary aromas. This elegant, high-quality prosecco can be enjoyed neat, or as a mio spritz rosé. Directly inspired by the traditional spritz, but revisited in an original version by mionetto and with rosé prosecco! Mionetto, more than just prosecco In 1887, love and passion for the land led master winemaker Francesco Mionetto to open a winery in the gently rolling hills of Valdobbiadene, right in the heart of the prosecco vineyards. Over the course of its century-long history, mionetto has established itself as the region's flagship, and has become one of the leading prosecco producers on the international scene. Passion, tradition and excellence are the core values of this house with its inimitable style.
