Cuvée Rosée XV is created from grapes selected from one of the Clos Cazals plots where the ripest bunches are found to produce an elegant, delicious wine. The blend is made with Coteaux Champenois de Verzenay, a skilful blend of Chardonnay from Clos Cazals and Pinot Noir from Verzenay Grand Cru.
