Tasting notes
Appearance
The lemon-yellow vigor, its blondness with green reflections, in very pale tones. The bubbles are fine, velvety, like Salon 2007, a luminous energy in motion.
Aroma
In the glass, lemon, lime, yuzu, tonic notes of sunrise, joined by green apple, a hint of smoked tea and fresh herbs that finally spread over wet stones.
Taste
On the palate, purity and uprightness are accentuated: the terroir, Le Mesnil, takes over and expresses itself in all its unique rigor, its stony memory. A shock, a never-ending dazzle.
