The winemaker

Bodega Emina, welcome to the Designation of Origin Ribera del Duero, is the renewal of wines of this wine region. The facilities are nestled on a plot of 100,000 m2 where the cultivation of grapes and olives combined. Around the cellar standing there, Castillo de la Mota and the Castilian countryside rising majestically. The cellar is a unique building of modern design, within which is the latest technology for winemaking. This design is made compatible with the installation of generators, photovoltaic, so that a sustainable development project with a closed set of energy, so that energy is consumed in the cellar is obtained in a clean and eco-generated environment. The building has 4,000 m2 of floor, the facade is dominated by glass strips that allow to enjoy the scenery and better use of natural light, supporting that principle, the cellar cover a series of translucent to allow work the cellar with almost need to use artificial light.
