The winemaker

Bodegas Ramon Roqueta has always been linked to Bages. In 1898, he set up in Manresa, but now the winery and vineyards are in Fonollosa, reaffirming his commitment to his territory. On the farm there are 54 hectares of vines and the winery works to capture all the information gathered from the grapes. The wines are produced under the Catalan Denomination of Origin and fermented according to the different varieties in steel tanks (1,000 to 36,000 liters) that are absolutely respectful of the grapes. Later, the wine is aged in the barrel room for bottling, which marks the beginning of the wine's final maturation phase.
