Making Aszú wine is a painstaking process, requiring a great deal of patience and knowledge. It is only possible in good vintages, when nature ensures rainfall in late summer and a sunny, windy period in early autumn, conditions that are indispensable for the process of forming noble grapes. The berries, swollen by the humidity, split, Botrytis cinérea settles on the skin, and noble rot is triggered. Tart Tokaji with high citric concentration, thanks to its total acidity of almost 12 grams per liter, and its fruity style associated with a warm year. It has slightly more residual sugar than previous vintages, at 160 grams per liter, and has been aged in oak barrels for 30 months.
A Tokaj classic to be tasted once in a lifetime.

It has a seductively pure bouquet with tropical fruit, dried honey, fig syrup and orange zest that is very well defined and already intense.
Taste
The palate is medium-bodied with a very effervescent entry, Satsuma, grapefruit and mango.
