La ferme du cade is an estate in saint laurent, gard, owned by david teyssier and vicky gabarda, who converted to organic farming in 2014 and produced their first vintage in 2018. In the vineyard, they don't intervene very often, favoring light work and using their chickens and sheep to look after them. Vinification is natural, but so2 can be added in very small doses. David Teyssier is the manager of the Domaine de Gressac, where he has already been able to express his talent to the full. From his own vines, he produces juices of the highest purity. La ferme du cade's toujours plus cuvée is made from bleeding Grenache and Syrah vats, vinified in stainless steel tanks with a 7-day semi-egrappé maceration. The nose reveals delicious notes of wild strawberries, fresh cherries, blueberries and a hint of garrigue spices. The palate is an explosion of red fruit with a fine, juicy texture.
