The Chenin Blanc in this effervescent blend comes from the Clarksburg appellation, nicknamed the "Jewel of the Delta". Made from 96% Chenin Blanc for the base wine, a small percentage of Viognier has been added in the dosage to give a touch of stone fruit and fresh, floral aromas to the final blend.
