Valet de cœur is the rosé wine in our pleasure range "les valet de trinquevedel", from a terroir that is not only a cru but also a vin de france. Meticulous work in vineyard and cellar to produce these friendly, light, gourmet wines for immediate pleasure. this rosé is bursting with fruit and easy to drink. Pomelo pink color, tangy nose of red fruits in a very southern style. Light, fresh and fruity on the palate, with citrus notes. A perfect summer rosé for aperitifs and barbecues! 15% cinsault, 85% grenache noir. In conversion to organic farming, manual harvest, use of sorting tables, total destemming, fermentation in cement vats with epoxy resin, direct pressing, settling, aging in cement vats with epoxy resin, technical cork, siliceous soils (sand, gravel...).

Côtes-du-Rhône
The appellation Côtes-du-Rhône is part of the region of Vallée du Rhône from France which include Château de Trinquevedel and its 0 cuvées. Spread over The Rhone Valley and its rich, complex terroirs. The region is divided into two distinct subregions: Northern Rhone (known as Rhône Septentrional) and Southern Rhone (Rhône Méridional). In the former we find strong wines in beautiful colours with warm, spicy notes, produced by vineyards that stretch 4,700 ha along the Rhone. The latter, with an area of 71,000 ha, is much more important, and this is evident of course in its annual production of red, rosé and white wines quite unlike those of the Northern Rhone., this region is 3 million hectolitres per year of red wines, rosés, dry and sparkling white wines, and natural sweet wine..
