Don David refers to one of the pioneers who planted high-quality vines in this region with its perfect climate. This 100% tannat was made at an altitude of over 1800m, and 70% of the wine was aged in French and American oak barrels for 12 months. Serve at 16-18° with grilled meats and red meat dishes in sauce.

Intensely violet color with dark edges and thick tears.

Aromatic, gourmand nose of red fruit jam, raisins and dark chocolate.

Taste
