Its effervescence is generous, as is its golden color with hints of gold.
Aroma
The initial nose is powerful and fruity, with hints of mirabelle plum and pear blending with discreet scents of orange blossom, followed by aromas of pastry and brioche.

Taste
On the palate, the attack is soft and precise with notes of white peach and nectarine, then slowly reveals more complex aromas of toasted bread and dried fruit (peanut), with even a hint of ginger to finish.
