Cuvée d'assemblage par excellence. Cuvée Réserve brut is a blend of Pinot meunier (85%), Chardonnay (10%) and Pinot noir (5%) grapes from the Marne Valley at Fleury-la-Rivière. The cuvée is cellared for a minimum of 3 years. Dosage: less than 10g/L.

6 bottles to taste, really excellent, perfect blend for me as I love floral in champagne and with 85% meunier it's top 10% chardonnay gives it sufficient finesse and only 5% pinot for robustness without too much hardness the total becomes a must.
