Lovely nose evoking the subtlety of white flowers. It lends the Chardonnay its elegance. Buttery, brioche notes are a sign of good maturity. The palate harmonizes the power of Pinot with the delicacy of Chardonnay. Ripe, full-bodied, balanced, fruity, with a fresh, lemony finish. With ageing, a more pronounced toasted and brioche taste. We recommend it as an aperitif, but also with shellfish, a sushi platter or simply with friends.
