The result of decades of experience and passion, Guadeloupe's white rums enjoy a worldwide reputation. The climate is ideal for growing sugar cane, with a combination of plenty of sunshine and rain. Our CANOUBIER rhum blanc de Guadeloupe is produced with carefully selected sugar cane from local plantations. After distillation, it is reduced with water, which must be as pure as possible in order to eliminate the aggressiveness of the raw rum without affecting its intensity. This reduction is carried out as slowly as possible to achieve perfect harmony.
