In a few words ...
The first cuvée from the Ullens family, originally from Belgium, who settled in the heart of the Saint-Thierry massif north of Reims in 2011. Dashing and crisp, it boasts beautiful, tender bitters with delicate tension and evanescent finesse. Our warmest congratulations go to Maxime Ullens, who has been awarded the title of Winemaker of the Year 2020 by the Gault & Millau guide, a well-deserved success!

I had the opportunity to taste this champagne for dessert. A lovely roundness that would go perfectly with a good dinner. I highly recommend the experience.
